We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join our Pastoral team.
We seek to appoint an outstanding individual who understand the needs and importance of supporting students pastorally in order to be successful. The successful candidate will have their own year group and additionally be asked to offer support to the other teaching Head of Years to ensure high standards across the student cohort. At Sanders we truly value the whole child and so greatly value the role the Head of Year plays in order to ensure that the students feel safe, supported and challenged.
The successful applicant will be instrumental in upholding high level of student conduct and support the best outcomes for our students. You will benefit from a strong team ethos within the Pastoral and school staff body. The member of staff will also have an additional responsibilities to have further impact across the school which would be discussed at interview.

LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Permanent Grade 2 or 3 depending on experience
30 hours per week x 39 weeks per year.
